Life with more than one pet means keeping track of different meals, routines and personalities. If you have decided to order a Test My Pets sensitivity test for more than one animal, you can put their tests in the same basket while keeping each pet’s details and sample separate.
You can mix tests for dogs, cats and horses, choose different test levels and receive an automatic multibuy saving. Here is how to organise your order from choosing tests to posting your samples.
Choose a test for each pet
Start with a simple list of the pets you want to order for. Note each pet’s name, species and chosen test. One test is for one pet’s sample: buying two tests means preparing two separate samples, even if both animals are the same species.
There are four levels available for dogs, cats and horses: Standard (300 items), Plus (400), Ultimate (500) and Optimum (1000). You do not have to choose the same level for every animal. For example, you can order a Dog Plus Test and a Cat Optimum Test together.
Before choosing, look at the items included rather than just the total number. Our guide to the four test levels helps you compare the options. Ordering for one pet does not mean you need to order for every animal in your household.
Build one basket to receive your savings
Use Add to cart for each test you choose, then review the basket before checking out. If you are buying the same test for two pets, check that the quantity is two. If you need different species or levels, add each product separately.
- 1 test: check the current price and any promotional saving in your basket.
- 2–3 tests: save 17% on eligible tests.
- 4 or more tests: save 25% on eligible tests.
The current offer includes all 12 dog, cat and equine tests across the four levels. You can mix species and levels in one order. The best qualifying multibuy saving applies automatically, so no code is needed. Any combined promotional savings are shown in your basket.
For example, two dog tests and one cat test qualify for the 17% saving. Adding an equine test brings that basket to four tests and the 25% saving. Check your final quantities and discount at checkout; the saving adjusts if you add or remove tests.
Use your order email to get started
Test My Pets uses digital instructions; no physical kit is dispatched. After ordering, find your confirmation email and follow the registration steps using the code or codes supplied. Keep your list of pets beside you so each sample can be matched to the correct details.
If you are unsure how the registration details apply to several pets, ask our support team before posting. Do not guess or reuse registration details without checking the instructions.
Prepare one sample at a time
A little organisation makes a multi-pet order easier to manage. Follow the current collection and packaging directions for your order, and finish labelling one pet’s sample before moving on to the next.
- Keep every pet’s hair or fur sample separate.
- Match the pet’s name and species to the registration details.
- Include the required order information as instructed.
- Use the packaging and postal address in your current instructions.
Do not mix samples in one sample packet. If you want to send separately packaged samples in one outer envelope, check with the team first. Our sample preparation guide includes a final checklist before posting.
Keep each pet’s results together with their details
We email you when our testing team receives your sample. Results are then emailed within 7 working days of sample receipt; postal travel time comes before that period. Keep your order email and each pet’s report easy to find. See what happens after ordering for the full process.
Each report relates to the pet whose sample was submitted. Do not apply one pet’s report to another. The service does not provide a veterinary diagnosis or replace veterinary advice; contact your vet about symptoms or concerns.
